Remote Access for Technical Support

For troubleshooting purposes, ATX Technical Support may require remote access to your device. If remote access is not available (the preferred method of Public IP) then taking part in a TeamViewer session is a simple way to share your computer screen. A TeamViewer session uses a web-based application that does not install software on your computer. The session can be disconnected by you at any time.
