You are a member of the ATX Networks Top Gun program for 2022 and we are traveling to California Wine Country. Congratulations are in order, but more importantly, it’s time to start planning our trip together! This specially designed page includes everything you need to know regarding what promises to be a great week – our agenda, activities, a link to the official registration page, etc.

Upon arrival at Bardessono, you’ll instantly be touched by the contemporary calm of eclectic gardens on path to your suite. Throughout your stay, views from our sun-filled rooftop pool, freshly prepared meals at every seating, creative drink concoctions, and B Spa make your moments here exceptional. Your suite includes the use of hotel bicycles, so you may spend days touring Yountville and Napa Valley. We’re all about turndown service in the evening to place a final touch on each day.

How long is the stay?
The program takes place Monday, July 25 – Friday, July 29, 2022.
How do I book my flights?
Please book flights for you and your guest and expense via the corporate expense reimbursement process. Should you have any questions or issues, please feel free to reach out to Pam Astorga for any assistance.
Can I upgrade my flights?
Yes. You are able to upgrade your flights at your own expense or using your own miles.
Can I extend my trip?
Yes. You can extend your trip at your own cost. Please contact Pam Astorga prior to booking to determine if you want to book additional nights at the program hotel or feel free to book additional nights yourself at your preferred hotel property.
How will we get from the airport to the hotel?
Transportation will be scheduled and provided for you and your guest.
How long is the trip from the airport to the hotel?
- San Francisco International Airport (SFO) – approximately 75 minutes
- Metropolitan Oakland International Airport (OAK) – approximately 75 minutes
- Charles M Schultz Sonoma County Airport (STS) – approximately 60 minutes
What expenses are covered onsite?
All expenses are paid for you and a guest onsite with the exception of incidentals or gifts. You will be provided a gift card to cover all reasonable expenses incurred outside of group activities.
Can I request vegetarian meals?
Absolutely. You will be able to provide details regarding allergies and special dietary needs during the registration process. Dinner selection options will be emailed to you at a later date.
Can I bring my children?
No. Each Top Gun award winner is allowed to bring one guest. However, all guests of this program must be 21 years of age or older to attend.
Time Zone
During our stay, the time zone will be Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).
Weather
During the day in July, average temperatures will reach up to 86°F (30°C), which is ideal for getting out and about and doing a bit of exploring. With temperatures dropping to around 54°F (12°C) after sunset, you’ll need to bring some warmer clothes for the evening.
