Visium equipment operates independently out of the box. Visium Manager isn’t required for base functionality. What it adds is visibility, control and the ability to orchestrate at scale. How much of that you use is entirely up to you.
Some operators will use it purely for monitoring, a live view of device health across their network with alerts when something needs attention. Others will use it as a full deployment and configuration platform, pushing changes to thousands of sites without sending anyone on the road. And if you’re running venue applications, it becomes the orchestration layer that ties your gateways and room devices together into a managed solution.
