Visium View
A fully managed in-room display system that scales from simple channel control to a rich, personalized guest experience, configured centrally, updated remotely and tailored per room without a single site visit.
The right experience for every room
Most in-room video systems are binary — every room gets the same experience. That works in a standard hotel, but it falls short the moment the property serves guests or residents with different needs.
Visium View was built around one idea: the right experience depends on who’s in the room. An independent senior living resident gets a fully unlocked system — all channels, full guide, streaming apps. A resident in memory care gets a simple, distraction-free interface — channel up, channel down, nothing more. A hospital patient gets a curated channel lineup appropriate to the clinical environment. A corporate event guest gets a branded welcome screen with event information. You set and maintain all of this from a single management console, without visiting a single room.
That same flexibility is what makes Visium View a revenue tool for hotels. You can configure different room tiers, push branded content for events and change the in-room experience for a corporate booking or wedding block without any hardware changes.
Program guide built in
One of the most common sources of frustration for hotel guests and senior living residents is the absence of a proper program guide. Scrolling banner channels and unmarked line-ups make finding content unnecessarily difficult — particularly for older residents or guests unfamiliar with the property’s channel lineup.
Visium View includes a full Electronic Program Guide as a standard part of the in-room experience, showing current and upcoming programming across all available channels, with responsive navigation and customizable branding to match your property. The guide is a built-in capability of Visium View and can be enabled on any experience tier.
EPG integration with your video provider’s platform is required for correct operation. Speak to your ATX contact for integration details.
Where it’s used
Visium View is purpose-built for environments where the in-room display is both an operational tool and a guest or resident experience.
Event and group customization
For hotels and conference venues, Visium View’s per-room configuration is a direct upsell tool. When a corporate group books a floor, or a wedding party takes a wing, you can push a fully customized experience to those rooms, different from the rest of the property, without any hardware changes.
Part of the Visium Platform
Visium View is managed through Visium Manager. All room configurations, experience tiers, event overrides and firmware updates are handled remotely from a single console. It works alongside the Visium MD Mini, MD8 or MD16 Multimedia Gateways as the screen-end device in the Visium Platform. If per-room personalization isn’t something you need, the Visium Set-Back Box offers provider-compliant content protection and interactive program guide functionality at a simpler tier.
