Things to Know

When should I arrive and depart?
Please plan to arrive on Monday, March 4th, allowing ample time to check-in and attend the Welcome Reception and dinner at 6:00 PM. CAB members are invited to participate in an optional activity on Monday afternoon. Attendees who choose to participate will depart the hotel at 12:00 PM for a shrimp and crawfish boil. Immediately following lunch, join us as we skim across the swamps and bayous on a high-powered airboat!

The ATX Connect Sales & Technology Summit will kick off on Tuesday at 9:00 AM. In addition to hearing from ATX CEO Dan Whalen, Jeff Heynen of Dell’Oro will join us to share his analysis of industry trends and predictions. A key part of Tuesday’s agenda will be customer panels which we hope you will consider joining to share your expertise and insights with the broader ATX team. Later that afternoon, the CAB group will be joined by a small number of ATX product leaders to roll up our sleeves and discuss how ATX’s roadmap aligns with your future network needs. On Tuesday evening, be ready for a true New Orleans experience that begins at 6:00 PM.

Departures may be planned at any time on Wednesday.

Do I need to register to attend?
Once you have booked your air travel, please officially register to attend via the registration button on this page (preferably no later than Monday, February 5th). This form will enable you to confirm your attendance as well as provide any dietary needs or allergies you’d like to share with us.

What do I need to do to book my hotel?
In exchange for your time and participation, ATX would like to extend the offer to cover the cost of your hotel room, as well as all meals during the program. Shortly after completing the registration form, you will be provided with a confirmation email. Your hotel confirmation details will be sent to you closer to the event date. If you prefer to manage your hotel accommodations, please indicate on the registration form.

Can I extend my stay for personal or business reasons?
Requests for additional hotel nights will be accommodated based on hotel availability and will be charged to the attendee’s personal credit card. The discounted group rate of $309 plus tax is available three days pre and post-event based on hotel availability.

Are shuttles provided for ground transportation?
Attendees are responsible for making transportation arrangements between the airport and the hotel. Uber, Lyft or taxi is recommended.

What is the dress code?
The general dress code for the entire event is business casual (jeans acceptable).

What is the weather like in March in New Orleans?
The March average high is 71°F/22°C, and the average low is 53°F/12°C.
