When should I arrive and depart?

Please plan to arrive on Tuesday, April 1st, allowing ample time to check-in and attend the Welcome Reception and dinner at 6:00 p.m.

The CAB Meeting will be hosted all day on Wednesday, April 2nd and half day on Thursday, April 3rd at the ATX office. Attendees are welcome to depart late afternoon on Thursday or are invited to stay an additional night at the hotel if flights are not available.

Which airport should I fly into?

San Diego International Airport in San Diego, CA (35 Miles from ATX HQ) is the closest airport

Do I need to register to attend?

You must officially register to attend (via the registration button on this page). This form will enable you to confirm your attendance as well as provide hotel dates and any dietary needs or allergies you’d like to share with us.

What do I need to do to book my hotel?

In exchange for your time and participation, ATX would like to extend the offer to cover the cost of your hotel room, as well as all onsite meals during the program. Shortly after completing the registration form, you will be provided with a confirmation email. Your hotel confirmation details will be sent to you closer to the event date. If you prefer to manage your hotel accommodations, please indicate on the registration form.

Can I extend my stay for personal or business reasons?

Requests for additional hotel nights (business or personal) will be accommodated based on hotel availability and will be charged to the attendee’s personal credit card. The discounted group rate of $269 plus tax and resort fees is available three days post-event based on hotel availability.

Are shuttles provided for ground transportation?

Attendees are responsible for making transportation arrangements between the airport and the hotel. Uber, Lyft or taxi is recommended.

What is the dress code?

The general dress code for the entire event is business casual (jeans acceptable).

What is the weather like in early April in Carlsbad?
